  • Do I have to pay?
    You have to buy your Premium membership to be able to read and send messages.
  • Can I get a trial access before buying a membership?
    Sorry, but we can’t offer a trial access to non-members at this time.
  • How can I pay by credit card?
    Simply go to the “MangoShop” section and choose a payment processor.
  • Can I pay by debit card?
    No. You can pay by credit card only, debit cards are not accepted.
  • I don’t want to pay by credit card. Do you have any other options?
    No. You can pay by credit card only. Only in exceptional cases you can contact our Support Services and we will help you to find another way of payment.
  • Can I upgrade my membership for one day or week/few days?
    The minimum membership period is one month.
  • Why do I have to pay for reading messages?
    As you can see, we have no advertisements or pop-ups on our site, we don’t make money out of that. At the same time, we invest a lot to attract new members. We could not exist without income that is collected from premium members. That’s why you have to pay if you want to read and send messages.
  • How can I pay?
    You can pay by credit card. Simply go to the “MangoShop” section and choose a payment processor.
  • I tried to pay by credit card but it was rejected. Why?
    Please contact the payment processor you tried to pay through for the reason as we are not provided with such information.
  • Can I pay with Visa/ Mastercard/ Maestro?
    Yes, you can pay with Visa/ Mastercard/ Maestro as long as it’s a credit card. Debit cards are not accepted.
  • Can I pay with paysafecard, PayPal, AMEX/American express card?
    Sorry, but it’s not possible to pay with paysafecard, via PayPal or AMEX. You can only pay by credit card. Simply go to the “MangoShop” section and choose one of our payment processors to pay through.

  • What is the aim/purpose of this site?

  • Will I still be able to read old conversations when my premium membership expires?
    Yes.
  • I don’t want to get notifications about new conversations by email.
    Simply uncheck a tick at the bottom of the “Edit My Profile” section.
  • How can I delete my profile?
    Go to the “My Profile” section and you will see the remove account option at the bottom of the page.
  • I can’t upload a picture.
    The uploaded image file format must be JPG and the maximum size is 6 MB. Please contact the site administrator If you are sill experiencing problems uploading the
    pictures.
  • How can I change my main photo?
    Click on a gray tick under a picture if you want to change your main photo.
  • There are a lot of escorts on your site!
    We have a lot of members, so sometimes it’s a bit difficult to keep track of everyone, but you are always welcome to report us escorts so that we can take action ASAP.
  • I’m unable to login.

    We make every effort in order to ensure that all the members at our site are real people. Immediate action is taken towards any suspicious member. The members are requested to verify their pictures if we doubt they are real or if we receive a report.
  • What information will be shown on my credit card statement?
    All subscription purchases will appear discretely as the name of the payment processor.
